WORKSHOPS

Brittany runs a variety of workshops to suit all levels from complete beginners to advanced students.
Workshops can be tailored to your needs and cover a vartiey of subjects such as slab-building, slip-casting, coiling, pinching, decoration techniques, textured surfaces, colour application and glazes.
 

One to One

One to one sessions are run from Brittany's studio in Stockport, Cheshire and allow us to concentrate completely on your making skills. Before the lesson Brittany will contact you to discuss what you'd like to learn and make suggestions of how the session can be tailored to your needs.

£25 per hour including all materials, minimum 2 hours.
Gift vouchers available.

Group Workshops

Brittany provides half and full day workshops at schools, further education establishments, galleries, museums, craft centres, libraries, arts events, festivals and workplaces across the country.
She is happy to tailor bespoke workshop sessions and work to any particluar theme or idea.

Half Day workshops- £125 plus travel expenses
Full Day workshops- £250 plus travel expenses
All materials and necessary equipment is included.

Weekly Workshops

Brittany currently teaches an adult course in Ceramics at Aquinas College, Stockport. The course runs every term on a Tuesday evening from 6.45-8.45pm.

LECTURES & TALKS

With experience in presenting to small and large groups Brittany can provide lectures and talks on the following subjects:
- How to set up a ceramic studio
- The progression to becoming a maker
- How to successfully work with galleries
- Exhibiting at a craft or trade show
- Selling online

She is open to other topics and will happily work with you to put together a suitable presentation for your needs.
